This is Spinal Tap: The Criterion Collection
Criterion has put their Laserdisc edition of This is Spinal Tapon DVD, and it goes to 11. A has-been British rock group tries to tour America one last time, with hilariously disastrous results. Mostly improvised on camera, Spinal Tapis a comic gem. Two commentary tracks, including one with the three leads (Michael Mckean, Christopher Guest, and Harry Shearer). Lots of outtakes that didn't wind up in the film -- mostly because the improv didn't catch fire -- are still interesting, if not as funny. Dolby 2.0.
